Request Reclamation

It’s our passion, and we want you to be part of it.

It’s simple. As part of the program, we reclaim your existing rubber flooring and replace it with new Ecore-engineered, high-performance flooring. Your old rubber flooring is recycled into Ecore products that will benefit other facilities in the near future. Together, we ensure that no rubber is wasted, burned, or discarded.

Shortly after your old flooring reclamation and your new flooring installation, you will receive a certificate sharing your specific positive impact on our planet.

It’s only four easy steps to become part of the Ecore TRUcircularity program and do well by doing good for the planet, your employees, and your customers.

Step 1

Fill out and submit the form below. This should only take a few minutes.

Step 2

Within three days of receiving your information, we will contact you to provide you with an execution and cost proposal for you to approve.

Step 3

We will provide you with recycling bins to place your old flooring. Please ensure no other debris or non-rubber material is placed in the bins.

Step 4

Within five days after you confirm your bins are ready for pickup, we will schedule a date and time to remove them.

What you can bring to the table.

If you’re looking to be part of Ecore TRUcircularity, we love where your heart and head are. There are just a few requirements to keep in mind.

Your reclamation request must be associated with a replacement floor order with Ecore;
Your current flooring must be composed of 100% rubber flooring;
Your project must provide at least 1,000 square feet of material for reclamation; and
All materials reclaimed must be clean of any debris, including construction waste, concrete patch, scrap wood or metal, and packaging materials.

What’s the cost to pick up your old flooring?

If your location is within a 150-mile radius of York, PA, there’s a flat shipping and handling fee of $500.00. If you’re outside of that radius, Ecore will quote a fee for your review and approval.
